Yay, local hockey. Wait, where are the players?

It was the night before Thanksgiving....

and I had duty. At least I have the rest of the weekend off.

Sheri is in town and it has been a busy few days. My schedule is off as I shift from that 24 hour at sea work day (not that I work 24 hours, I'm just on call all day) to being at home.

Other than that, things are good and, of course, I'm very thankful to be home for Thanksgiving this year!

Another day...

Sometimes being down in the Bahamas can be fun, sometimes it’s just work.  That’s what it is this week.  It is at least work that is fun!

Free Dolphins game! Gotta love the Navy League, they know how to take care of us.

But I just got home!

Back underway again.  It seems like just yesterday that I was pulling into Norfolk and learning to be human again.  Duty calls though. 

 

This one isn’t all bad, we will be spending a few days in Port Everglades enjoying the hospitality of the Broward County Navy League,  those folks really know how to make us feel appreciated!
